After two weeks without internet I finally connected here in Lobuche. Aaron and I just left Lobuche Base Camp this morning and are on our way back to Everest Base Camp. Two days ago we climbed Lobuche Peak East, 20,070 ft, in not so good conditions, ice and snow. Rocks were really slippery, but we got er done. So all the prep down lower is done and we will be in EBC or higher on the mountain from now on. In 4 days we are expecting to make our first move through the ice fall. Should be exciting and terrifying all at the same time. Hopefully I can keep you posted sooner than two weeks. We may or may not have internet at EBC. They have been working on it for weeks now. I’m feeling good, not liking half the oxygen though. But overall doing really good.
